Reitz vs. North: #ReitzFootballFriday Week 7 presented by Tracy Zeller Jewelry
The Panthers return to Reitz Bowl Friday where they’ll face the North Huskies.
North (2-4) started the year with three straight losses, but have won two of their last three, including last Friday night’s 55-6 drubbing of Bosse. The Huskies are 2-2 in the SIAC and city races.
Reitz (6-0, 4-0, 3-0) has won the past seven meetings, but North is always tough and will be up for this game.
Reitz leads the series, 47-13. Coach Hape is 14-4 overall and 1-0 against the Huskies. North head coach Bret Szabo is 5-12 overall and 0-1 against the Panthers.

Reitz named MaxPreps Indiana Team of the Week
The Panthers today were named the MaxPreps Indiana Team of the Week, presented by the Indiana Army National Guard.
The weekly award goes to an outstanding Hoosier prep football team, and Reitz received the honor this week, largely based on a “one-two offensive punch from quarterback Even Deig and running back Malik Higgins plus active defense,” according to the article.
Congratulation to the Mighty Panthers!
